Studying one's own deck with different card types/a different name

TLDR: Would it cause trouble to add card types on a deck hosted on AnkiHub that you donโ€™t want other users to get by default? Would it cause trouble to move a deck hosted on AnkiHub into a hierarchical deck locally (effectively changing the name) when you later sync to AnkiHub?

Hello , I am Vincent, new here on AnkiHub. I am the creator of the popular Dutch birds deck. I have uploaded it to AnkiHub just now, but I have a question about studying it myself.

I would like to add various other card types to study, such as translations between names for the birds in different languages, based on existing fields that contain those names. However, I do not want these card types to be included by default for other users, as I imagine most would not be interested in studying these questions.

If I were to include the new card types to my note type locally, on my own Anki client, and I synced to AnkiHub afterward, would it attempt to update the deck on AnkiHub to also include those extra card types? If so, is there a way I can still do that and avoid that sort of change? I donโ€™t want to change the deck on AnkiHub, but I do want to study it myself, in my own way.

I saw in another post that adding new card types was not yet possible previously (actually, I think that was talking about note types, although the person asking the question called them card types; I really am talking about card types specifically), but it also mentioned it was planned, so I donโ€™t want to just assume it still is not possible and therefore no changes would occur to the version on AnkiHub (even if the answer did apply to card types as well as note types, which is also something I would not want to just assume).

In a similar vein, would it cause any problems if I were to move my deck back into my nested structure (so that it would become Parent::Nature and biology::Dutch birds - sounds and appearance rather than just Dutch birds - sounds and appearance on my local Anki client), or would this cause trouble if I were to then sync to AnkiHub?

Thank you!
