I cancelled my $5/month plan a few days ago and purchased the Lifetime access plan just now. However, the Lifetime access is not showing up on my account. All I see in my “Settings” page is that I have cancelled my $5/month plan and that it will expire on December 24th.
Will my Lifetime access show up after tomorrow? I did not receive any receipt of my Lifetime access purchase via email either. Please let me know what I should do.
