Hey, I am having the same issue, I paid for the subscription, but am still waiting for my subscription to be activated.

I know itโ€™s a bit repetitive, but I am having the same issue as well. I am wondering if this is a time issue, or something that needs to be done manually on your end.

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience. Iโ€™m having a similar issue where I applied for the scholarship, received an email stating Iโ€™m a core member, and the website reflects that. However, I canโ€™t sync the decks or access the locked decks. Am I supposed to wait for a separate email?

Thatโ€™s correct. Full activation of the membership is contingent upon review and approval of the scholarship application which can take a couple to a few days.

Youโ€™ll receive a separate notification when this process has completed. Please let me know if that answers your question, and if thereโ€™s anything else I can help with. :slight_smile:
