@aristeuneto.11_9ae27 It appears there is no subscription associated with your email. Can you DM your email that you used to purchase the subscription?

We apologize for this, this is a bug that started about 2 weeks ago and the developers are going to push a fix for it soon. Thank you all for being so patient :slight_smile:

Hello! I am having the same issue. I have bought the core membership and downloading ankihub but when I try to sync a deck it is telling me I donโ€™t have an active membership. Could you please help me?

Since youโ€™ve just applied for a scholarship, youโ€™ll receive an acceptance via email when youโ€™re accepted into the program. It will take around 2-5 days
