I have been using the old anking deck without ankihub for sometime and I want to save my card progress. How do I update my cards to the new ankihub anking step deck without losing progress?

You don’t have to do anything special; folks update from v11 to v12 all the time. Ankihub is designed such that it won’t interfere with, or overwrite, your review history or progress.
