Will I lose progress of 250 days by upgrading to v12 from v11?

I have used v11 for 250+ days and now upgrading to v12, will I lose all my progress?

I signed in with ankihub addon on my anki and I have subscribed to anking v12. Now what do I do. Should I hit “sync with ankihub” under the ankihub addon or import media or what.

Also pardon my naivety, I am looking for these things but can’t seem to find the answer.

There are a few things you’ll want to do. Without knowing exactly which ones you have, or have not, done or where you’re at in that process probably the most helpful thing I can do is steer you to the general instructions for subscribing to v12:
