Thanks for including the screenshot—that helps.
That message (“We’re currently experiencing issues with course enrollment…”) is coming from the AnkiHub/AnKing course system itself, not from your local Anki, so there’s nothing you did wrong.
This is almost certainly a temporary server‑side issue. Here’s what I recommend:
Make sure you’re using the same email/account you used to purchase the subscription.
Try enrolling again in a different browser or an incognito/private window.
Check your subscription status
On AnkiHub, go to your Account / Billing / Subscriptions page and confirm that:
Your AnKing subscription is listed as active, and
The payment went through (no “incomplete” or “past due” labels).
If it looks inactive or incomplete, grab a screenshot.
If it still fails
Reply here with:
Whether you can see an active AnKing subscription in your account.
The approximate time (with timezone) you tried to enroll.
Whether you’re on the web app or inside a specific course portal.
In parallel, please also open a ticket via our official support form (or email listed on your receipt) and mention:
“Error: ‘currently experiencing issues with course enrollment’ when trying to enroll in AnKing deck right after purchase.”
Because this looks like a backend enrollment problem, it may require the AnkiHub team to manually link your purchase to your account, but the steps above will speed that up.
