It looks like you’ve copied the template text for the Support category into your post, but you haven’t yet described your specific problem.

From your title, it sounds like:

  • You are trying to sync your cards with AnkiHub, and
  • You’re seeing a message that you “don’t have an active membership”.

To help you properly, please reply here with:

  1. Exact error message (or a screenshot of the message in Anki / AnkiHub).
  2. Whether you are using:
    • Anki desktop (Windows/Mac/Linux), and which version, and
    • The AnkiHub add-on (include the version number from Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub).
  3. Whether you:
    • Previously had an AnkiHub subscription that might have expired, or
    • Are on a free plan and this is appearing unexpectedly.
  4. Whether the problem happens when:
    • Pressing “Upload changes to AnkiHub” in Anki, or
    • Syncing from the AnkiHub web app, or both.

In the meantime, please also check:

  • Go to https://ankihub.net → Profile → Billing / Subscription and confirm:
    • That you have an active subscription, and
    • You’re logged into the same email/account in both Anki and the web.
  • In Anki desktop:
    • Open Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub → Config and verify the email shown there matches your AnkiHub account.
    • Try logging out and back in from the AnkiHub add-on (AnkiHub → Log out, then sign in again).

Once you share the details above (especially the screenshot and the account/subscription status), I can give you more precise next steps or let you know if this looks like an account-side problem that the AnkiHub team needs to fix.

Hello,

I would be happy to help.

I do indeed show on our end that you do not currently appear to have have an active membership. Is there anything in particular we can help with, or any questions we can answer for you?
