Thanks for the detailed screenshots—that helps.
This usually happens when the account logged into AnkiHub in your browser and the account logged into the AnkiHub add‑on in Anki are not the same, or the app/add‑on hasn’t picked up your new subscription yet.
Please try the following:
Confirm which email has the membership
In your browser, go to app.ankihub.net → click your avatar (top‑right) → Account and double‑check the email that shows the active Core plan.
Log out / log back in on the add‑on
In Anki, go to Tools → Add‑ons → AnkiHub → Config / Open (or AnkiHub menu if you see it).
Click Log out.
Fully restart Anki.
Log back in to the AnkiHub add‑on with the exact same email that shows the active plan in step 1.
Try syncing again.
Check for multiple Anki profiles
If you use more than one Anki profile, make sure you are using AnkiHub only from the profile you subscribed with (or at least logged in with the correct email on that profile).
If it still says you don’t have a membership
Please reply here with:
The email/domain of the account you’re subscribed with (you can partially mask it, e.g. bri***@gmail.com).
Whether you recently changed your email on AnkiHub or renewed your plan.
Also, let us know if you subscribed through Stripe (card) or Paddle/Apple Pay/Google Pay, if you remember.
If you prefer, you can also open a ticket at support@ankihub.net including this screenshot and the email of your subscribed account so the team can check your subscription on the backend.
From what I can see, it looks as though your last payment may not have gone through as the payment form was declined. As a result, your membership does not appear to be currently active
You might double-check your method of payment and transaction history, which can be double-checked from AnkiHub.net by clicking ‘Settings’ at the top of the page, and scrolling down to ‘Billing and Plans’
Give that a shot, let me know how you fare, and we’ll go from there and hopefully we can get you squared away.
