It looks like you pasted the default description text of the :person_raising_hand: Support category into your post instead of your actual issue.

From your topic title, it sounds like you:

  • Purchased an AnkiHub membership
  • But when you try to download or sync a deck, AnkiHub says you “require an active membership”

To help you properly, please reply with:

  1. Screenshots of:

    • Your AnkiHub Billing / Subscription page (showing your membership status, but please hide any sensitive info like full name, card details, email if you prefer).
    • The exact error message in Anki or on the AnkiHub web page.
  2. Answers to these quick questions:

    • Are you trying to sync via the AnkiHub add-on in Anki or download from the AnkiHub website?
    • Did you recently upgrade/renew your membership, or is this a first-time purchase?
    • Are you logged into the same AnkiHub account that you used to buy the membership?

In the meantime, you can also:

  • Visit your billing page directly:
    https://ankihub.net/settings/billing
and confirm it shows Active and the correct email/account.
  • In Anki, go to:
    Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub → Config
and make sure you’re logged in with the same email/username as on the web.

Once you share the screenshots and answers, I can better narrow down whether it’s:

  • An account/email mismatch
  • A payment that didn’t fully complete
  • Or a sync/authentication issue in the add-on

Reply with that info and we’ll sort it out.

I’m renewing a membership, it says I’m subscribed, but I’m getting this error for the anking MCAT deck

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

I checked on our end and it appears your subscription is active, you should be able to sync. Can you check now and see if the issue persists?
