i don’t know what happened, I have v11 AND v12 tags at the same time, not only v12

Could you elaborate on how this happened? Did you install V12 from AnkiHub on top of another deck, or was your Anki empty before doing so?
Also, could you please send a screenshot of your tags?
You can delete the v11 tags with this tutorial: How to remove v11 tags when upgrading to v12
This happens if you upgrade from v11, which is normal. You can also remove any v11 cards (we recommend this as they are just duplicates or super low yield cards) → How to delete old v11 cards
