To help us understand the problem better, could you please answer a couple of questions?
- When you say the images are missing, are you seeing a broken image icon, or is the space completely empty?
- Which fields are affected? Is it the “Extra” field (the back of the card), or are other fields involved as well?
Also, please try checking your media sync status and resetting your local changes again, as the bot suggested: How to Reset Local Changes
If the issue doesn’t go away after that, please let us know and provide a screenshot of the problem if possible. That would be a great help!
