I am wondering how to get updated sketchy pictures for their new videos. For example I recently watched the vibrio cholera video but my pictures for vibrio cholera in sketchy must be the old video because they don’t match. Thanks!

As long as you are subscribed to Ankihub you should have all of the current updates as they roll out.
With some projects, like tagging and/or updating images, they can often be ongoing projects that take some time to fully update across the entire deck and so may take a bit to catch up with more recent video updates and the like.
