Visual bug on Ankihub site: tag changes not displayed in history

Probably a known issue but do not see this tracked anywhere
Once a tag suggestion is accepted, it is no longer visible
It would be helpful to have the change history be reflective of the change at the time (instead of against the current deck, which is what I assume is happening)
