Weird "duplicated" cards making studying impossible (FIXED)

There are duplicates being created in my decks which are not detected by anki and also are linked to each other (as in if I delete one, they both get deleted). They are actual duplicates in that when I study I will see both identical cards separately when learning. And I can suspend one but not the other even though if I delete one it deletes them both. However, anki does not detect them as duplicates.

These identical cards share the same ankihub ID and all areas of the card are identical. They also share the same exact creation time/date. I believe they have been being duplicated when I sync with ankihub.

The deck I am using is called AnKore for ABR Diagnostic Radiology Core Exam created by user ankore. I attached images of example duplicates. There are hundreds of cards duplicated but these are just a pair. They both share the same card ID: 1714423841656

I also tried resetting local changes.

Help!

Ok figured it out. I think one of the other administrators may have had an old version of the deck that was causing errors. Once they unsubscribed, deleted the deck then resubscribed and redownloaded I rebuilt my local database and resynced which deleted those ghost duplicates.

The other thing I noticed was that an extra deck with the same deck name but with (AnkiHub) at the end was being created as if I did not have a destination for new cards set. I made sure I had the destination set and it still happened but this issue also corrected after the above changes.

TLDR solution: Rebuild local database and make sure all administrators have current decks
