The images are not loading for me, they look like little thumb nail images. What do I need to do to fix it?

I am sorry you are having that issue. Apparently, it is an error of the Add-on, itself. You can find more info here.
To remedy this issue, I have been doing hierarchical tagging in the deck. With this, you can suspend the cards you are not using and just study the ones you want.

I also included a link for Megaupload in the deck webpage, you can attach it to the deck. Instructions on how to do it are given by @dollajas in this post.
Another reason couls be that you are having those card fields protected. You can find instructions on how to do it by the same author here.
