For AnkiHub: use “Forgot password?” on https://ankihub.net
Then try again with the new password, typed manually (no password manager autofill at first).
Check for typos and spaces
Make sure there’s no leading/trailing space in your email or password on mobile.
Watch out for phone autocorrect changing your email.
Verify login on desktop first
Log into AnkiHub in a desktop browser and confirm it works there.
Then:
On desktop Anki → AnkiHub add-on → log out, then log back in.
On AnkiMobile, make sure sync is configured only with your AnkiWeb account (AnkiMobile itself does not use AnkiHub credentials directly).

As the bot mentioned, there are two separate services. It sounds like you might be trying to use your AnkiHub credentials to log in to the Anki mobile app.
You can follow the bot instructions below to verify you have the correct credentials for each service. Try to log in on AnkiWeb and AnkiHub, and reset your password if needed.Afterward, use your AnkiWeb credentials to log in on your mobile device.
On your phone, open AnkiMobile → Settings → AnkiWeb Account.
Log out if already logged in.
Log back in using the AnkiWeb email + newly confirmed AnkiWeb password (not AnkiHub).
Desktop Anki + AnkiHub (optional check)
In Anki on your computer, open the AnkiHub add‑on and confirm you’re logged in there with your AnkiHub credentials. This does not affect AnkiMobile’s login.
