Welcome to the AnkiHub Community, and thanks for opening a support topic!
Right now, your post only contains the boilerplate text that describes what this category is for, but it doesn’t yet say what problem you’re having with the add-on.
To help others assist you, please reply in this topic with:
A description of the issue
What exactly happens? (e.g., error message, Anki crashing, sync problem, etc.)
When does it happen? (on startup, when syncing with AnkiHub, when opening a deck, etc.)
Screenshots of the error
Include the full error message window if possible.
If the error is long, you can also copy-paste the text inside spoiler tags:
[details="Error message"]
(paste error text here)
[/details]
Your setup
Anki version (e.g., 2.1.65)
AnkiHub add-on version (from Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub)
Operating system (Windows / macOS / Linux, and version)
What you’ve tried so far
For example: restarting Anki, disabling other add-ons, reinstalling AnkiHub, etc.
Once you add those details, it’ll be much easier to see what’s going on and suggest a fix.
