To help others assist you, please reply in this topic with:

  1. A description of the issue

    • What exactly happens? (e.g., error message, Anki crashing, sync problem, etc.)
    • When does it happen? (on startup, when syncing with AnkiHub, when opening a deck, etc.)
  2. Screenshots of the error

    • Include the full error message window if possible.
    • If the error is long, you can also copy-paste the text inside spoiler tags:

  3. Your setup

    • Anki version (e.g., 2.1.65)
    • AnkiHub add-on version (from Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub)
    • Operating system (Windows / macOS / Linux, and version)
  4. What you’ve tried so far

    • For example: restarting Anki, disabling other add-ons, reinstalling AnkiHub, etc.

Once you add those details, it’ll be much easier to see what’s going on and suggest a fix.
