    • Error message text (copy–paste it if possible)
    • When it appears (e.g. when syncing, updating a deck, opening Anki, etc.)

  2. Screenshots

    • A screenshot of the error popup in Anki
    • If relevant, a screenshot of your AnkiHub add-on config (Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub → Config)

  3. Basic info

    • Your Anki version (from Help → About…)
    • Your AnkiHub add-on version (from Tools → Add-ons list)
    • Your operating system (Windows / macOS / Linux)

Once you post that information, I can narrow down what’s going on and suggest specific steps to fix it.
