Adding Maintainer for Optional Tag (AnkiHub) + Tag Name Change

Hello,

Would it be possible to add me as a maintainer to the RVUCOMCO optional tag. The current maintainer will be moving on. My username is morning.earth

Is it also possible to change the name of the optional tag? If it is done on your end could it be changed to RVUCOM
