Change administrator of my optional tag deck

Hello, I am an M4 and some med students in their preclinical phase have been maintaining the optional tags for our school deck (EVMS).

I would like to transfer or add admin rights to the deck- right now I can only add maintainers.

I got you all set. Samhangster is now the owner of the optional tag, and I went ahead and made you a maintainer just in case you still want to have some control over the tag yourself
