I have a desktop and a laptop and I use Anki on both. Is it possible to have the chatbot on both devices? It only shows up on my laptop and not on any other device.

Premium Subscription: Make sure you have an active AnkiHub premium subscription (not a scholarship subscription)
Latest AnkiHub Add-on: Ensure you have the most recent version of the AnkiHub add-on installed
Correct Anki Version: You must be using the Qt6 version of Anki (not Qt5). To check:
Click “Anki” in the top left of the main screen
AI-Enabled Deck: You must be using a deck that has AI enabled (such as the AnKing Step Deck)
New Card Destination: If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, try:
Click on the AnkiHub add-on in the top left
Go to “Deck Management”
Select the AI-enabled deck
Click “Change Destination for New Cards”
Reselect the same deck and confirm
These settings need to be properly configured on each device where you want to use the chatbot. Once set up correctly, the AI chatbot should appear on both your laptop and desktop.
As long as you have the AnkiHub add-on installed on both devices, the same features should be available depending on the membership type you have.
If the AnkiHub add-on is installed on only one machine, and not the other, those features will naturally appear only on the device that has the AnkiHub add-on installed and into which you’re logged in
