Hello,

On your Anki main screen, go to AnkiHub > Config, and check the items you want to be shown.

Then, the AI bot icon will appear in the bottom-right corner of the deck screen and during reviews.

Just for due diligence, I show that you’re currently on a Core subscription, rather than Premium. This might be part of why you don’t see the AnkiHub AI option in your Anki as well.

Hello! I am also having an issue with the AI chat bot not coming up. I went to configuration, however those selections are not there. This is what mine shows. I updated Anki yesterday however it hasn’t showed up for a couple of days now. I have a premium account. Please advise. Thank you!

Hi,

Try updating the add-on:

1. On Anki’s main screen, go to Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates
2. Then restart Anki

If it doesn’t work, please let me know your Anki version:
On Anki’s main screen, go to Help > About
