Could you please tell me a bit more about the issue? For example, do the features simply not appear, or are you receiving any error messages?
In the meantime, here is how you can normally access those features:
To use Smart Search:
You can open it by clicking on the AnKing deck…
…or by clicking this icon in the Anki Browser:
To access the AI Chatbot:
The chatbot should appear in the bottom-right corner when you are studying your cards:
If you can’t see these features, please go to AnkiHub > Config
on your Anki main screen and make sure the correct boxes are checked. Don’t forget to save any changes you make.
Just a quick reminder: To access these features, you need a Premium membership, as the Core subscription does not include them.
