AI support for cards finding doesn't showup

I just purchased the Premium Membership but couldn’t find the AI icon in the lower right corner, would you please help me with that

I still have the chatbot while doing the cards, but not in the home screen. I mean I want to enable to “finding cards” by using AI features, would you please help me with that.

Edit: I just found out that the feature named “smart search” that I’m able to use on the web but not in the Anki in my Windows laptop.

Hello,

The chatbot does not appear on the main screen. It’s not designed to appear there; it only appears in the deck/s for which it functions.

If you’re hoping to use the Card Search feature, this should be visible on the deck landing page. You will want to click on the deck in question, and the button should be available in the bottom-right corner of that landing page.

This is likely because you seem to have multiple Anking decks:

You may need to check your ‘deck destination’:

Click on ‘AnKing Step Deck’ and you should have a button in the bottom-right corner that says ‘Change Destination for New Cards’:

Set that destination to whichever deck you would like, and then give it a try again.
