I’ve tried to delete the empty cards but nothing happens.
Do I need more add-ons than the ankihub add-on?
Every single card is empty? If you try to edit the card in the review what does it look like? (You can upload screenshots?
Did you go to tools-> empty cards?
Every card looks like this. The “extra” box has the information but everything else is blank. I did go to tools->empty cards and it says zero cards were deleted.
I’m not sure what is going on, when I subscribed to the deck and downloaded the deck it automatically went into one of my other decks and I had to manually move them to a default deck once they were downloaded. Sorry if that doesn’t make sense. I can do a screen recording if that would help.
This is super weird. Something went wrong somewhere. I’d recommend unsubscribing and resubscribing to the deck on the AnkiHub addon
I tried that multiple times yesterday.
I just tried to subscribe from a different profile and the same thing happened.
What fields are you protecting?
Whoops. My bad. I was protecting almost all of them. Sorry bout that. I don’t even remember clicking those.
