My AnkiHub account and Anki account are on different emails. I have a subscription on AnkiHub to subscribe to the MCAT deck. Do they need to have the same emails to sync?
If this is true, I want to change my email on AnkiHub, but it says to contact the support team.

Your AnkiHub and Anki (AnkiWeb) accounts do not need to use the same email to work together and sync your cards.
How things connect:
Anki ↔ AnkiWeb:
This is Anki’s own syncing system. It only cares about your AnkiWeb login, not AnkiHub.
Anki ↔ AnkiHub:
The AnkiHub add-on in Anki just needs you to be logged into your AnkiHub account inside the add-on. The email doesn’t have to match your AnkiWeb email.
Result:
You can:
Sync your collection via AnkiWeb as usual, and
Use AnkiHub (with a different email) to subscribe to and sync the MCAT deck.
These are two separate services; the emails don’t need to be identical.
Changing your AnkiHub email
You only need to change your AnkiHub email if you personally want them to match or need to update an old email. That must be done by the AnkiHub support team (as the message indicates).
Your emails don’t have to be the same between AnkiHub and AnkiWeb for them to sync properly (mine have always been different). As long as you’re logged into each, it should function just fine
Please let me know if that answers your question, and if there’s anything else I can help with.
