I think I have my deck synced to a different email on ankihub compared to what I have on the app

I have been using ankihub for months now and paying for it each time but today when I went to try and subscribe to a different deck it wouldn’t show up. I realized that I had a different email I was using in ankihub than the email that I was syncing everything on the app

The ankiweb email and ankihub email are two different things so it shouldnt affect eachother if you use two different emails

@Ahmed7 how do I get the new deck that I subscribed to on anki hub to show up on my app?

Did you susbcribe to the deck on the ankihub website, then clicked sync on Anki?

After that, make sure you clicked “upload to ankiweb” if you were prompted.

If you followed those steps, the deck should be there

@Ahmed7 yes I did those steps but was not prompted to “upload to ankiweb”

What deck did you subscribe to? Can you take a screenshot of your main anki screen? IF you go to browse then go to tags, can you see any of the tags of the deck you subscribed to?

Also, when you do this next step, can you see the deck name in one of the options?

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

After this the deck should show up if it is completely gone

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
