How can I solve this error after I install and open Anki Desktop? I have to Sync it with Account, but I can’t as the attached
Is the Sync button shown in red? If you disable AnkiHub auto sync from AnkiHub > Config, then click the Sync button, does Anki ask you whether you want to download or upload?
Set “Auto Sync with AnkiHub” to “Never”, then click Save. After that, try clicking Sync and let me know what you get.
If you have no local decks, please click Download from AnkiWeb.
