AnKing not syncing to my Anki

Hi,
When I press sync from AnkiHub to my Anki, the downloading of notes goes well however, then it comes with this error:

I have tried pressing both buttons and I still can’t get it to sync properly.

Hello,

You need to click upload to ankiweb.

First, restore all your notes by doing this:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

Then click sync → upload to ankiweb
