My anki display is missing images and overall does not look anything like the version shown on ankihub. This is what my display look like. How do I fix it?

Images show up after you do the card (as in pressing spacebar). Not all cards have images however
Also, regarding the look of your Anki, is it regarding the exclaimations marks in the middle? The tags at the bottom? the color of the text and font?

Yep, the image is pretty normal as far as formatting. That being said, you can change things around if you like.
First, you can turn off the timer that indicates the exclamation marks: How to Turn Off the Red Timer
From there, the font style, type, size, and coloring is all adjustable. I’m happy to walk you through how to do that if you’d like.
