And there are also strange red exclamation mark.
How can I fix it.

Your media is most likely downloading, can you check your media sync status? What does it say?
Try this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
Regarding the exclamiation mark, you need to download the anking note types addon then unselect this option:
It says idle in media sync status.
and I already try resseting my local changes.

Does signing out of AnkiWeb then trying syncing with AnkiHub help?
thanks for your help. after synchronizing several times, Images are appear now. and the issue with exclamation marks appearing has also been resolved by following your solution. but the gray-tone background is still exist. Is that intentional?
I believe that is intentional, you can change the color by going to Anki → preferences
You can switch it to dark mode for example
