After successfully syncing the Anking-MCAT deck to my desktop app it immediately crashed and upon clicking on the browser it will load and open the window temporarily before crashing again. I tried restarting my computer and this also did not resolve the issue.

In your anki β go to the top left β anki β preferences β reset window sizes

Sorry no, upon launching the program it only appears for a few seconds and does not allow me to interact to the window before closing itself essentially crashing. I ran a Windows compatibility diagnostic test and it initially fixed it but upon trying to sync the Anking- MCAT deck again it crashed the program again going back to square 1.
What anki version are you on?
Please use AnkiHub > Help > Upload logs and data and let us know the filename shown.

I managed to get the log files of the application but when looking on ankihub thereβs no Help > Upload logs and data. So thatβs kind of confusing. I would really appreciate it if you can elaborate.
You should have a menu like this in the main window

Your issue sounds like a general Anki issue. Please also follow the steps in this page: Troubleshooting - Anki Manual
Ahh I see. However, Iβm unable to access that window, as upon startup of the application it crashes and closes the window before Iβm able to interact with it. At this point Iβm willing to just uninstall and redownload the program.

Hey thank you for the help as of now I uninstalled and restarted my computer before downaloading 23.12.10 qt6 and after install, it automatically synced me and successfully imported the MCAT deck without crashing.
