Hello, I have paid and subscribed to the Anking deck and followed all the instructions on how to download it and sync it into my desktop app but it wont show up. I downloaded other decks and it erased all the other decks I had in my app. now I cant even recover them nor have the decks I subscribed to. I have found no help anywhere online and it is causing me to fall behind my study schedule. I have done some trouble shooting steps but they haven’t changed anything. PLZ help

If you want to get all the decks back, do this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

If this does not solve your issue, please take a screenshot of your Anki so we can further diagnose your issue
