AnKing Deck suddenly disappeared when I clicked “sync” as I was leaving the anki app. Then, I tried to re-sync it back to Anki Add-on, but it was not adding anything. Then, I unsubscribed and subscribed to the AnKing Deck, and ever since then, it downloads 3 cards per hour.
At the moment, it looks like this, and I’m missing most of my cards.
Can someone help me how to fix this issue?
When you clicked sync before your deck disappeared, do you call seeing a prompt that said upload to ankiweb or download from ankiweb?
If you want all the cards back, do this: Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
However, it will take time to download, that depends on your internet connection.
