Hi, I downloaded AnKing MCAT, but it’s showing zero cards. I attached an image. How do I fix this? Thank you

It looks like you’ve successfully installed the deck group, but the subdecks/cards aren’t actually imported yet or are filtered/hidden, which is why Anki shows “0” for everything.
Try these steps in order (on the Anki desktop app):
1. Make sure the deck actually contains cards
- Click the AnKing MCAT deck once.
- Press
Bon your keyboard (Browse), or click Browse at the top. - In the left sidebar, click the AnKing MCAT deck name.
-
If no cards appear in the browser:
→ The cards were not imported correctly. Re‑download the AnKing MCAT.apkgfrom where you got it and import it again:
File → Import… → select the .apkg
Then check the browser again. -
If cards do appear in the browser but the deck shows 0:
- Make sure the cards are not in a filtered deck (look for a deck with a gear icon and “(filtered)” in the name). If they are, click that filtered deck and choose Empty to return cards to their original decks.
2. Check new card limits
If the deck has cards in the browser but still shows 0 “New”:
- Click the gear icon next to AnKing MCAT → Options.
- On the New Cards tab, check:
- New cards/day is not set to 0.
- On the Reviews tab, check:
- Maximum reviews/day is not set to 0.
If they’re 0, set them to something reasonable (e.g., 20–40 for new cards) and close the options, then re‑open the deck.
3. Confirm it’s not suspended or buried
In the Browser:
- Select the AnKing MCAT deck.
- Press
Ctrl+A(Cmd+A on Mac) to select all cards. - At the top, click Cards → Toggle Suspend once (this will unsuspend everything if it was suspended).
- Also check Cards → Forget is not used unless you intend to reset progress.
4. If you’re using AnkiHub with this deck
If you subscribed via AnkiHub:
- Confirm the deck is linked to AnkiHub:
- In Anki, go to AnkiHub → Manage Decks and make sure AnKing MCAT is in the list and Synced.
- If it’s not there, follow the instructions on the AnKing MCAT AnkiHub page to:
- Download the correct
.apkg - Import it into Anki
- Then click “Connect to AnkiHub” for that deck.
- Download the correct
If it’s still showing 0
Please reply with:
- A screenshot of:
- The Browser with the AnKing MCAT deck selected, and
- The Options → New Cards tab for that deck.
- Whether you imported from AnkiHub or another source.
That will make it easier to see exactly where things are going wrong and give you step‑by‑step fixes.
