It looks like your post body currently just contains the description text for the Support category, not your actual question or details about the issue.
To help you with:
“I downloaded the AnKing MCAT deck but when I click on Organic Chemistry it shows zero cards”
we’ll need a bit more info. Please edit your post (or reply here) with:
Where you downloaded the deck from
AnkiHub MCAT deck link?
AnKing website / Reddit link?
What exactly shows “zero cards”
Is “Organic Chemistry” a subdeck that shows 0 cards in the browser?
Or is it a tag in the Browser that shows 0 cards?
Or is it in the Browse → Sidebar → Decks/Tags?
Screenshots
One screenshot of your Decks screen.
One screenshot of Browse → select the MCAT deck → expand subdecks showing Organic Chemistry.
In the meantime, here are some common reasons this happens with Anki/AnkiHub decks:
Subdeck is empty but cards are under a different subdeck name
Sometimes deck structure changed; cards might be under a different “Organic Chemistry” subdeck or under a general “Science”/“Chemistry” deck.
Check in Browse → search:
deck:"AnKing MCAT::Organic Chemistry"
and also just:
deck:"AnKing MCAT"
tag:org*
Filtered / custom study deck pulled cards out
If you made a filtered deck, cards may have temporarily moved there. Check for any filtered decks on the Decks screen and empty them to return cards.
You subscribed on AnkiHub but didn’t download/sync correctly
In Anki Desktop:
Install AnkiHub add-on and log in.
Go to AnkiHub → My Decks → Download/Sync the AnKing MCAT deck.
After sync finishes, check again if Organic Chemistry has cards.
Deck not fully downloaded yet
If your internet is slow, media/cards might still be downloading. Wait for the sync to finish (blue sync wheel in top right of Anki).
Once you share screenshots and answer the questions above, I can help you pinpoint exactly why Organic Chemistry is showing 0 cards and how to fix it.
Your cards are probably just suspended. Please follow this tutorial to set up your deck settings correctly and learn how to unsuspend the cards you want to study: How to Get Started Studying
