I see that you are referring to the Step deck, but you are also subscribed to other decks. Please note that you can replicate the steps below for any deck that is missing images.
I noticed that you have almost all of your fields protected, which blocks your deck from receiving any updates or changes from the AnkiHub website. Please follow this tutorial to unprotect at least the text and extra fields: How to Manage Protected Fields
Then, after saving your changes, follow this tutorial to reset local changes, and everything should download: How to Reset Local Changes
Keep in mind that it can take some time to download everything. You can check the progress of the media sync here:
When it’s done, it should say “Idle.”
