Anking v12 images not showing up in question stem

When I have these cards related to ID images, the images are blank like this. Wondering how to resolve this issue?

Hey there! We have been updating some changes on our side, the images will start syncing soon. To check if the images are ready to sync, go to browse > ankihub (tool bar) > reset local changes. Apologies for the inconvenience.

can you check if you subscribed to anking overhaul for step 1 and 2 by author “AnKingMed”?

It told me I don’t have any decks configured when I did this.

Can you take a picture of the decks you are subscribed to?

What do you see when clicking reset local changes?

You will need to do this after we enable syncing soon

hmm thats odd. Try this:

Unsubscribe to the deck on the ankihub addon → Unsubscribe to the deck on the AnkiHub website → Resubscribe again on the website → Press sync in Anki

Make sure to “upload to ankiweb” when prompted

This is what shows now, is there any way to transfer my progress from the previous deck to the refreshed ankihub deck?

Images still not showing but media sync under Ankihub add on menu has been saying dowloading for hours now
