is the anking v13 deck released if so how do I access it I currently have a subscription to anking v12 and would love to know how to access v13 is its out

There is no version 13, v12 is the AnkiHub version, which is updated every day. If you have an AnkiHub subscription, you will recieve all the updates when you sync!
