Anyone else missing First Aid + Additional resources fields after flipping a card (Anking Overhaul deck for S1&2)?

Hello everyone. Several of my friends and myself cannot see the first aid link (as well as the additional resources) with its respective image (s) after flipping the cards form the Anking Overhaul deck. We all have uploaded the collection media and do not have those fields restricted or protected.
Is there anything I/we can do aside from trying to delete and re-download the deck? Do not want to lose the progress made.

PS: we are all in MD school and studying for step 1.

Appreciate your time and help!

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki โ†’ at the top click on ankihub addon tab โ†’ press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

Then import media again (if you have unprotected FA and additional resources first)

I/we have tried doing this and nothing shows up. Once we re-upload the collection media folder, it even says that all of the images are duplicates and thus, no new images are re-uploaded. And of course, still nothing shows up under first aid or additional resources.

Can you take a picture of some of the cards with the first aid and additional resources field showing?

Are you pressing import media using the ankihub drop down menu then choosing local file (if you have the media folder)?

  1. I am adding a screenshot of one card from someone whose First Aid images are not showing up (also, if I edit the card and add some info -any info- then it will show when I turn the card over) versus the same card from someone elseโ€™s deck whose First Aid is showing up.

  2. Yes, I am (drop down ankihub menu >> import media >> local folder >> browse >> collection media folder). Then after it โ€œuploadsโ€ it says no images were in fact uploaded cause they were all duplicates

The only reason for the first aid field not showing up is if:

  1. You did not unprotect the field on AnkiHub
  2. You did not reset local changes
  3. You subscribed to the wrong Anki deck (it needs to be the one with 31,000 subscribers)

If done correctly, you will see the images after importing media

Appreciate your time and promptness.

  1. The fields are unprotected
  2. The local changes have been reset
  3. The collection media has been re-reuploaded
  4. Subscribed to the proper Anki deck (Anking 1+2 with over 31000 subs)
Still no First Aid link or images showing up after flipping over the cards.

Once again thank you very much @Ahmed7 !

Did you find a fix to this? I wonder if you needed to go back to ankihub and re-protect afterwards to get the changes to stick

@Study99 Reprotecting has no impact on this
