I am writing to seek assistance with discontinuing my AnKing Gold membership. I have had this issue for months, resulting in 2 months of unwanted membership fees that I have been unable to cancel. Other posts say that I should go to my account settings, where I would find a “Membership Portal” button. This does not exist on the settings page - it only contains information about name and email. This is a pretty absurd issue and almost seems like it is designed to make more money. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Attahced are screenshots of my settings.
