Assitance with canceling membership

I am writing to seek assistance with discontinuing my AnKing Gold membership. I have had this issue for months, resulting in 2 months of unwanted membership fees that I have been unable to cancel. Other posts say that I should go to my account settings, where I would find a “Membership Portal” button. This does not exist on the settings page - it only contains information about name and email. This is a pretty absurd issue and almost seems like it is designed to make more money. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Attahced are screenshots of my settings.

Your subscription for AnkiHub was cancelled on May 1st. The reason that portal does not show up was because your subscription was already cancelled.

AnKing VIP is separate from AnkiHub (which is what this forum is for).

For AnKing Gold (AnKing VIP) refunds, please email ankingmed@gmail.com
