When trying to go through the cards after dowloading them onto the Anki app I am unable to see the image occlusion cards and on any cards with images on them. Hope you could help me with this.

Which deck is this for?
Sign In - its for the anking overhaul for step and step 2
and for sketchy medical step 1 and step 2 - pepper style
The images arent there there is only a small sort of shape of an image.
We can only help with the AnKing deck, for the Sketchy deck you will have to contact the relevant owner of the deck.
If you cannot see text and extra images, can you try resetting your changes like this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
Also then check to see if your media sync still says downloading:
I could not find the button saying reset local changes. I am on a non-apple device (thinkpad), is there another way to do it on this device.
