Cannot sync with ankihub even though I have membership


I just signed up for anking deck and I payed for the member ship but I keep getting this error.

Recently purchased as well and it is also providing the same error message.

Me too, tried logging out and back in, not sure what else to do

I am having the same problem. I even paid for it again just in case something went wrong and now I got charged twice for no reason

In the past I have had 2 separate accounts and I merged them iirc.
Also I have paid for the yearly Ankihub.

Darn, I was thinking of doing this because I’m pretty sure I’d use it for the next 2 years. Thanks for saying that’s what happened, saved me from doing that
