Can't get new cards to upload to anki hub

I created a new anki deck for my school and was trying to upload the new cards I created. When I try to bulk suggest new cards (as the deck owner) it keeps saying that I can’t submit changes without review if I am not an owner or maintainer. It seems like it is maybe trying to send the cards to a different deck even though I created it as an entirely different deck than the AnKing Step 1 deck. I also set this deck as my “home deck” and am still getting the same error.

I tried to upload the logs and bugs and this is the report I got.

Are you using the note type that is specific to the deck you created? For example, one with brackets that would say (XXXX / minerandrew)
