I modified my anking overhall note type and added many additional fields.
The ankihub addon reverts these changes. How can i protect my note type and new fields that are not included in the original shared deck? Is the best option to duplicate the deck and occasionally manually update the notes?
AnkiHub won’t support that level of changes to the note type right now. You can add styling, but not additional fields. You can just use many of the fields that we aren’t using and protect them (personal notes, missed questions, boards and beyond, pathoma, picmonic, etc)
Unfortunately for my use case that solution is not possible. These new fields are required for my use case. So I assume my best option is to export my deck and manually update changes using special fields?
