Before we troubleshoot this any further, please try this one step, as it might solve your problem: on your Anki main screen, go to AnkiHub and click Sync. This should download your optional tag group.

Has the issue with the “Complete Profile” page been resolved?

Besides updating Anki, you will also need to update the AnkiHub add-on.
- On your Anki main screen, go to
Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates. - After the update is complete, please restart Anki.
- Before trying to reset optional tag groups, you need to reset your local changes.
