Deck isn't showing

I was having some issues with syncing my cards with the Malleus deck and so I unsubscribed on Ankihub and deleted it from my Anki account on my desktop. Since then, I’ve subscribed and unsubscribed multiple times, logged in and out, tried Anki Web, Anki on my Mac and also tried it on my Windows but it isn’t showing up anymore. I’ve also deleted the app and reinstalled it with the same issue.

I am told by the app that it has been downloaded but I can’t see any evidence of this at all. It keeps popping up with ‘No new updates’ but the deck is simply not there :frowning:

I’ve downloaded Dermki since this happened and have had no issues with it. Can someone please help? I’ve added some snips.

Seems like you already have these cards in CLIN YEARS, kindly check for the cards in that deck. You can also try searching in the browser by tags if the deck you are trying to install has tagging.

You can get rid of the issue by creating a new deck named Malleus and then going to AnkiHub addon on top bar > see installed decks > click on malleus deck > click set default deck as malleus.Then move the respective cards in this deck, further updates will be received in it.
