Hello, I’m having trouble syncing the decks from ankihub to anki. I’ve clicked subscribe and and the yellow button as well but once it download unto my computer i’m unable to get unto the anki app. Please help.

I am not sure what application that is on the left but make sure to install the Anki app via this website: https://apps.ankiweb.net/
I switched over to my phone because it seems to not be agreeing with my computer. I’m trying to add on the step 1 and 2 decks. I’m following the instructions but i’m getting nowhere
You cannot add Ankihub decks through phone.
You can try bypassing your computer app recommendation settings here:
Anki Universal is not supported. Please install the official desktop app via the link @Ahmed7 posted.

Sir, that’s what i’ve been doing but if you saw the picture i uploaded my computer is saying that it’s not microsoft verified. Which is why i’m trying to get help
And that’s not how you indicate someone trying to get help. You could’ve put the link in your response or indicated me how to get that link. Either way the link isn’t the problem here the problem is that my computer isn’t accepting the latest version of ANKI
Can you click on the above option highlighted in red and see if you can bypass your computer’s setting to install Anki?

I followed these instructions:
To see the cards:
- Go to browse
- On the left-hand side, go to tags
- Find the tag you want to use (for example,
#AK_Step1_V12) - Click on a card
- Right click → toggle suspend
But all the cards have toggle suspended marked already so where do i go from there?
Just click toggle suspend again until they are not yellow anymore. Then this will unlock the cards for you
Yellow = locked (you cant do them)
Transparent = unlocked (you can do them)
@Ahmed7 already linked you to the download site, so I didn’t feel the need to link to it again. I thought you’re getting that message with Anki Universal for some reason.
I did just that and now that the cards have transferred over to Anki it won’t let me see them it says there’s 0 cards showing up
What do you mean 0 cards? Once you click the space bar you can continue and see the cards you have unsuspended. It says there are 2541 new cards unsuspended for you and are showing up as new
Yes but when i press the 2541 cards it shows me the second screen i sent. Should i do a video?
I pressed the space bar and it showed me the second screen as well.
What happens if you keep pressing the space bar? Press it like 10 times and see if you get to a step 1 related card
