Hello! I cannot find the Duke’s deck even though I am subscribed. I tried unsubscribing and resubscribing and read through the last comments of the same issue in 11/2024

Can you show me what you’re searching for, and what you’re seeing on the website? I show that Duke’s pulls up just fine on my end so I’d like to see what you’re seeing to get a better idea.
I am subscribed to it but it’s not showing up in my anki app.

Oh for sure you’ll want to update. That’s a couple of years old at this point
24.11 is the current, and recommended, version.
Let me know if you’d like any help updating, and then we can go from there.

Make sure to update all of your add-ons: Tools - Add-ons - Check for Updates
After that, restart Anki and then try to click on Ankihub - Deck Management again and if you can show me your resulting screen.
